• Confirm appointment 24 hours in advance

• Reschedules + cancellations day of appointment may result in fee

• Reach out to artist if there are any medical concerns related to skin + eyes

• Consent forms will be signed at time of appointment

• Please reach out to artist if there are any questions leading up to appointment

During your appointment

• With all lash services, your eyes will be closed for the majority of the time and you will be laying down

• You can request silent appointments. Sometimes people just need an hour or two to lay in silence

• Your artist cares! Don’t be afraid to ask questions during your appointment
